Known for clean lines and a minimalist approach, renowned French brand A.P.C. brings the same refreshing simplicity found in its clothing to its recently opened Los Angeles store. Designed by A.P.C. founder Jean Touitou and architect Laurent Deroo, the new 2,500-square-foot boutique is housed in a U-shaped building surrounding a lush outdoor area. With the ceiling reaching heights of 20 feet and a large 59-foot wide window framing the garden outside, the store’s open layout provides shoppers with an experience that is anything but stuffy. A commissioned reflective ceramic brick floor—inspired by LA’s rich Hispanic heritage—adds to the space’s cool, unified feel. The ultra-hip store offers A.P.C.’s lines for men and women along with accessories, special collaborations and its newly expanded denim collection. With this innovative flagship and two other LA locations on the way, the label upping the SoCal shopping scene. We’ll be heading to A.P.C. for the apparel and staying for the ambience.

Store located at 8420 Melrose Place, Los Angeles, CA 90069. Stores to open in Downtown LA and Silver Lake later this year.
