The crowd couldn't resist Poliça lead singer Channy Leaneagh's infectious personality as she moved like liquid during her performance of songs like "Smug" and "Lay Your Cards Out." during the Levi's Haus party last week. After their set, we sat down with Channy and found out more about this enigmatic artist:

Where do you find the most musical inspiration?
I would have to say personal experience and the people I meet. Also, I'm inspired by the music I am introduced to by friends or my band members.

How would you describe your personal style, on stage and off?
I usually like to dress more tomboyish for everyday; I like the androgynous look. But when I'm on stage I go more feminine and girly, anything that moves or flows with my body.

If you had to listen to one genre of music for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Oh, that's hard. I would have to say classical is a type of music I could never get tired of.

Any artist in particular?
I know it sounds cliché but I could listen to Bach's Suites all the way through and on repeat.

Thank you to the Levi's Haus, Poliça, and Channy!
