Our July/August Health & Fitness bloggers Tiffany and Kara are a double dose of health and happiness. Their fitness website, Petite Physique, only launched a few months ago, but we instantly loved their message: "We created our site to help spread the word about how amazing our bodies are," the duo says. "And how amazing our lives can be if we live a balanced life inside and out."
Tiffany is a barre instructor at Pop Physique and has been a fitness fanatic for her entire life. When her father passed away from Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, a disease that attacks nerves cells in the brain and spinal cord, Tiffany began using alternative medicine and methods to stay healthy. Tiffany's motto? "Let's fix our bodies as a whole, not just solve one problem at a time."
Kara's obsession with health began when she realized she was 20 pounds overweight in middle school. She changed her body with a more nutritious diet and daily work outs and reaped the benefits of a healthier lifestyle.
