Pink Taco's Cock Fight Margarita

Pink Taco CEO Harry Morton isn't afraid of a little innuendo.

The second Los Angeles location of his rock 'n' roll-inspired Mexican restaurant, Pink Taco, just opened its doors at 8225 Sunset Boulevard, joining his already famous Pink Taco Century City and Hollywood burger joint Fuku Burger.

Pink Taco's Sunset Strip location expands on the original menu, which includes a slew of tasty options like churros, lobster enchiladas, and the original "Pink Tacos," made with corn tortillas stuffed with pinto beans and topped with arbol salsa, grilled chicken, pickled pink onions and avocado.

But it's almost Thirsty Thursday, so you know what that means: We're on the search for a summery margarita. We asked Morton for the perfect FOAM drink:

"We serve only the freshest ingredients in all of our food and beverages, and the Cock Fight margarita is a great example," Morton says. "We take fresh fruit muddled with a bit or organic cucumber, agave nectar and tequila and you get the freshest margarita you've ever had!"

No Pink Taco restaurants in sight? DIY the Cock Fight margarita with Avion Blano, agave nectar, fresh lime juice, fresh seasonal fruit and organic cucumber. Muddle, shake and serve over ice!
