When PJ Roden and Katerina Gabbro founded their Highland Park interior design agency Matters of Space, they had one goal in mind: produce budget-friendly, eco-concious design that's accessible to everyone, not just the well-to-do. And for one such endeavor, that meant diving into dusty vintage craft books to master macrame, a form of textile production that uses knots instead of knitting. The duo resurfaced with a collection of multi-layered rope, silk and recycled fabric statement necklaces that are That '70s Show meets canyon-lady cool.
