Paris Fashion Week, the "Big Daddy" of all the Fall 2012 shows, was marked more by politics than anything else (Stefano Pilati's final collection for Yves Saint Laurent...gasp!), but fear not—our fashion team's hawk eyes were trained on every show. And if you're not going big this Fall, you may as well go home:

Space Jam
From Jean Paul Gautier's silver foil backdrop and spray-painted roots to Chanel's crystalline sleeves and pockets, Fall's galactic theme is all in the details.

Oversized Load
Celine and Chloé pursued slouch in the prettiest way possible: Oversized coats that still retain that trademark classic loveliness.

Belt It Out
Heard of the power suit? Ditch it for the power belt— come on, who's going to mess with you when you have a snarling cat at your waist?

Big & Chunky
With so many ways to wear thick, baggy knits (paired with a floaty white mini or as a striped cocoon), we're prepared to blow our budgets on these alone in preparation for the chilly weather come Fall.
