Mixing up some DIY beauty products with all natural ingredients like oatmeal, bananas and honey

Showing your skin love is just as important as finding the perfect bikini when spring rolls around, so we did a little research to come up with all-natural recipes to pamper your dried-out skin. Inspired by treats like brown sugar, bananas and coconuts, these three recipes will help you transition from snow bunny to beach honey in no time:

Post-Surf Lavender and Coconut Milk Bath
Prepare a wind-down bath sesh by pouring two cups of whole fat organic coconut milk into the warm water. Sprinkle leaves of lavender (essential oil works, too). The natural moisturizing effects of the coconut milk will eliminate dryness caused by salt water and the lavender will leave your skin smelling amazing!

Brown Sugar and Oatmeal Body Scrub
You already know you need to exfoliate, so why not make it a delicious experience?

-1/2 cup ground almonds
-1/2 cup ground oatmeal
-1/2 cup dark brown sugar
-1/4 cup almond oil
-1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend well with a spatula until the mix has a paste-like texture. If it seems too dry, just add a little more oil. Scrub over your entire body, focusing on rough patches like knees and elbows.

Banana Face Mask
This tropical fruit is our favorite office snack, and it just so happens to be great for your skin. In addition to all of the vitamins bananas carry, their natural acids help slough off dead skin cells to brighten your complexion.

-1 banana
-1 tsp. honey

Mash up the banana with the honey and apply the mixture to your cleansed face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse. Don't forget your SPF!
