Breakfast is so good! I've come up with three easy, delicious and healthy toast recipes that are anything-but-boring:

1. Whole wheat bread, chunky peanut butter with drizzled honey and sliced plums.
2. Whole wheat bread, spreadable swiss cheese mixed with chopped basil, and topped with apricot jam.
3. Sourdough bread, goat cheese, avocado mix (avocado, basil, lemon juice), roasted grape tomatoes sprinkled with sea salt.

Each variation takes only five minutes, the key is having all of the ingredients on-hand. Enjoy :)
