Last week, the Growlers' played the first of three L.A. shows at the Echo. The place was packed and the crowd went wild during the Growler's set. Between the girls jumping up on stage to dance alongside the band and the dudes crowd surfing left and right, everyone was feeling it. Front man Brooks Neilsen was charming on the mic, hypnotizing the audience and turning the show into a serious dance party. He thanked everyone for coming out and getting down, and even gave a shout out to his bud Alex Knost, who played earlier in the night with his band Tomorrow's Tulips. All and all it was a good time, with good people, and great music. What better way to spend one of the last nights of 2011?
