Yoga is the saving grace of sore surfers and a powerful cross-training tool for athletes (or couch potatoes) of every discipline. Even if you're new to Nirvana, there's a way to find the yoga class suited to your needs with Passport to Prana. Created by former securities attorney-turned-yoga instructor YuMee Chung, the card costs $30 and, once activated, allows you to sample a single yoga class from each participating studio in your city. Currently the card is offered in 14 different cities like Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Portland and San Diego and is good for a year-long period starting immediately after activation. That's a little "om" for your wallet and your piece of mind.
